Our client is leading in media and advertising.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Updating accounting records, including journal entries and posting of suppliers in the preparation of various balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, cash and creditors;
  • Posting of invoices, credit notes, payments and other transactions into the accounting software;
  • Be actively involved in the administration and monitoring of credit control procedures;
  • Handle accounting duties such as Bank deposits and Bank reconcilliations;
  • Compiling of VAT returns;
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols;
  • Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.


  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Ideally in possession of  an A level in Accounts;
  • Experience in Quickbooks and Micro Invest would be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and ideally also Maltese;
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced level in Microsoft Excel would be considered an asset);
  • Results oriented and achieves deadlines;
  • Punctual and dependable;
  • Maturity and responsibility;
  • Self-motivated and can work on own initiative.
