Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service;
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;
  • Lead an efficient F&B team by attracting, engaging and training personnel;
  • Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork;
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations;
  • Ensure that all directs are well versed and trained in all aspects of food and beverage service;
  • Create and maintain a stock par level system for all outlets;
  • Train and develop the food and beverage team to identify and maximise sales within the outlets;
  • Develop creative product ideas and point of sale strategies to increase the per capita spend by €1.00 at all a La Carte Outlets;
  • Oversee and ensure guest satisfaction for all dining and lounge guests. Comment card scores target of 85% at all times on Trip advisor and such;
  • Preserve and adjust when needed the beverage inventory system including the upkeep of par level systems and requisition of all beverage products for dining outlets;
  • Lead daily and monthly departmental meetings with staff of all outlets;
  • Administer on the job training programs within the outlets, including new employee orientation;
  • Increase employees' morale, and provide coaching and feedback.


  • Proven Food and Beverage management experience for at least 1-3 years.

Personal Skills

  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management Software, POS);
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices;
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets;
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded;
  • Provide optimal customer experience through conflict resolution, creativity and consistently working proactively in delivering high quality results and providing thoughtful and anticipatory service.
