Our client is a leading provider of back up software.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Call/email leads, help answer any questions and move them towards a purchase;
  • Call/email potential company's partners, offering promotions, moving them up partner program, etc;
  • Call/email customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction;
  • Answer any incoming sales requests;
  • Help manage sales mailbox;
  • Track all your calls/emails using our CRM;
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into opportunities;
  • Emphasise product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.

Experience

  • Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Full command of the English language – any other language will be considered as an asset;
  • Comfortable making numerous phone calls a day;
  • Extremely confident on the phone;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Self-motivated, able to operate on own initiative;
  • A team player who can excel and ambitious to succeed;
  • A collaborative individual who communicates with all key players.
