Company Introduction

Our client offers online payment services to the gaming industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Manage a number of client portfolios and seek to accommodate their respective needs in a timely and in accordance with regulatory procedures;
  • Maintain an organized and structured client filing system;
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal sources;
  • Dealing with compliance, gathering and reviewing documentation, KYC documents, etc.;
  • Attending client meeting as well as advising them on company incorporation, gaming licensing, etc.
  • Keeping abreast of local and international standards in relation to AML/CFT;
  • Carrying out initial and ongoing due diligence on clients.

Experience

  • A Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant study, Law degree it is a plus;
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, working with iGaming companies.

  • Ability to prioritise and deliver within tight time frames;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;

  • Ability to work on your own initiative, pre-empt requirements;
  • Deliver tasks with high attention to detail.
