Our client is a leading company in financial services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for managing all operations of the Malta office. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets;
  • Daily overall operational management of cross-functional teams including, Compliance, Finance, Risk Management, Onboarding, client service and coordination with HQ;
  • Ensuring best-of-industry customer service, strategy & quality to customers & prospects;
  • Ensuring the achievement of monthly productivity, growth and client retention goals;
  • Management of relationships with MFSA, other regulatory bodies, external audit and law companies;
  • Working with the Finance Manager to ensure overall fiscal health and management of the local operation, and make sure all legal reporting requirements are met timely manner;
  • Oversee operations and workflow to ensure highest productivity and quality;
  • Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training;
  • Proven ability to secure, sustain and expand high level relationships in the industry;
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients;
  • Develop new opportunities and create business partners;
  • Manage the offline and online marketing activities.


  • Minimum 5 years experience in advice and dealing in FX to retail and wholesale clients;
  • Candidates with previous online trading experience in Malta are of particular interest.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent networking skills and strong computer literacy skills with the ability to navigate the Internet, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Strong knowledge of FX trading and Derivatives;
  • Excellent relationships in the Financial Service space;
  • Analytical thinker with superior problem-solving skills;
  • Solid history of data-driven strategic development;
  • Decisive,committed with excellent problem solving skills;
  • A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them;
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
