Company Introduction

Our Client is a leading international company offering insurance services

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage daily cash receipts and matching against Syndicate’s records;
  • Investigation and reconciliation of unmatched receipts, liaising with brokers and underwriting team;
  • Manage monthly credit control process including preparing SOA and aged debt report;
  • Circulate aged debts report to underwriting team;
  • Work closely with underwriting team on collections;
  • Collate, obtain approval and send invoices to London Finance for processing on weekly basis;
  • Assist payment team to perform phone verification of vendors/brokers bank details;
  • Assist with the credit control improvements for the Group.


  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in insurance or reinsurance industry;
  • Candidates with experience in facultative reinsurance environment and a Certification in Credit Management will be given preference.

  • Must be a good communicator with excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be resourceful and a keen learner;
  • Must be motivated, show drive and plenty of initiative;
  • Ideally have excellent MS Excel Skills;
  • Must give attention to detail, be able to plan and be organised;
  • Must be able to work independently but also a good team player;
  • Must have excellent English (both written and spoken).
