Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Processing and activating new currency trading accounts;
  • Reviewing client applications and supporting documentation;
  • Customer service and correspondence (via email, live chat and phone);
  • Translating documents, templates and communicating with foreign language/English speaking clients;
  • Trade investigations;
  • Following up with leads and new applications;
  • Client retention;
  • Projects and miscellaneous assignments.


  • Previous experience working in a similar role for at least 1 year will be given preference;
  • Must be computer proficient and have a knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Internet;
  • Experience working with MetaTrader 4 software will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills 

  • Proficiency in both English and Maltese (written and spoken);
  • Have superior customer service skills;
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills;
  • Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment;
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision;
  • Able to maintain confidentiality;
  • Determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion;
  • Flexible and team-work oriented.


  • After 6 months probationary period the candidate will be provided with:
    • Full health insurance;
    • Free parking;
    • Mobile phone allowance of EUR40 per month.
