Company Introduction

Our client is a leading organisation in accounting, audit, tax, corporate services and business advisory.

Job Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Ability to work well in a team and with all levels of management;
  • Managing, responding as quickly as possible to the needs of clients in accordance with the regulatory procedures;
  • Liaise with the Registry of Companies, Banks, International Tax Unit and VAT Department;
  • Preparation of corporate documentation for company incorporations and annual maintenance;
  • Maintain an organized and structured client filing system.


  • A minimum “A” level standard education;
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset but is not a must for this role.

Personal Skills

  • Exceptional written and oral English communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of office software applications;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, pre-empt requirements and deliver tasks with high attention to detail.
