Our client is a well-established organisation in the industrial goods and services industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Report to Head of Global Sales;
  • Provide the Sales Team with a vital link between themselves and the customers;
  • Schedule appointments with customers that call for quotations;
  • Communicate with clients on Social Media and distribute requests amongst Sales Executives;
  • Communicate with clients who make requests on our website and distribute requests to Sales Executives;
  • Register Contracts on Company Software, Order Sheet and Issue Invoice for Project;
  • Process Customers Surveys;
  • Run the day to day administration of the function;
  • Register data of contracts on Report Sheets as required by Head of Department;
  • Assist the Finance Function with payments collection and the Head of Department for preparations to participating / visiting international exhibitions;
  • Assist the Head of Department in communicating with designated marketing agencies to accomplish planned marketing plan and to find, contact and carry out meetings with new potential customers and professional networking bodies;
  • Assist the Head of Department in daily administration duties and in making sure that internal standard operating procedures are being adhered to;
  • Assist the Head of Department in successfully achieving the KPIs of the function;
  • Be aware of any health and safety issues; also understand appropriately ergonomic techniques;
  • Attend any training provided by the Company and sit for the respective assessments accordingly;
  • Maintain customer’s trust relationship by keeping service information confidential;
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols;
  • Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.


  • At least 1 year experience in marketing will be considered as an asset;
  • Preferably MQF Level 5 in Business Administration or equivalent and/or 2 years experience in a similar role.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English, Maltese, and Italian;
  • Strong proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office and electronic devices especially Microsoft Excel;
  • Conducts a professional behavior with a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude;
  • Organized, works independently and able to prioritize his/her workload;
  • Results-oriented and achieves deadlines;
  • Punctual and dependable;
  • Clear communicator and an active listener;
  • Able to work in a team;
  • Advanced negotiation skills;
  • A valid Maltese driving license.
