Our client is a leading provider of back up software.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Report and work closely with the Sales Manager to bring the best performance out of the team and overachieve targets;
  • Customer support, answering any questions and move them towards a purchase;
  • Client support offering them promotions and move them up the partner program;
  • Answer and process incoming sales requests;
  • Manage your sales through recording and tracking your leads and opportunities using our CRM;
  • Motivate the team members to push hard on a daily basis to overachieve targets;
  • Work closely and supervise the Inside Sales Team from abroad;
  • Identify in which areas members of the team need training;
  • Help manage sales mailbox.

Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role;
  • Experience in making / receiving numerous calls per day;
  • Experience in using CRMs like Sugar / Salesforce will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Confident speaking to people over the phone;
  • Be self-motivated;
  • Strong communication skills – both written and spoken in English, any other language would be considered an asset;
  • Self-motivated and can work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday from 14:30 to 23:00.
