Company Introduction

Our client is a leading organisation in private clients and corporate services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Provision of general secretarial support;
  • Maintenance of office systems including paper and electronic filing;
  • Updating of spreadsheets;
  • Registering employees for training sessions and organising same;
  • Greeting clients;
  • Answering incoming calls.


  • An A level standard of education;
  • Candidates with experience in a similar role will be given preference.

Personal Skills 

  • Be organised and meticulous in their work;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English;
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel;
  • Excellent communication  and organisational skills;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Be multitasking;
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
