Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsibility for updating property records in in-house CRM system;
- Responsibility for quality checking property information on the in-house CRM for a portflio of quality properties and creating an attractive property profile;
- Review of all documents in company shared folder;
- Networking with potential buyers, owners, opinion leaders, investors etc;
- Reporting activities to Team Leader;
- Market research / market analysis / monitoring of competitors’ activities online and offline.
- Previous working experience in a similar role for at least 1 year will be considered an asset.
- A keen sense of customer service;
- Fluency in both English & Maltese (written and spoken);
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- A strong work ethic;
- Attention to detail;
- Outgoing, vibrant personality;
- Good MS Office skills.
