Company Introduction

Our Client is a real-estate agency in the local market.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsibility for updating property records in in-house CRM system;
  • Responsibility for quality checking property information on the in-house CRM for a portflio of quality properties and creating an attractive property profile;
  • Review of all documents in company shared folder;
  • Networking with potential buyers, owners, opinion leaders, investors etc;
  • Reporting activities to Team Leader;
  • Market research / market analysis / monitoring of competitors’ activities online and offline.

Experience

  • Previous working experience in a similar role for at least 1 year will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • A keen sense of customer service;
  • Fluency in both English & Maltese (written and spoken);
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • A strong work ethic;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Outgoing, vibrant personality;
  • Good MS Office skills.
