Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead a high-performing, globally distributed team comprising developers, data engineers, QA analysts, and IT officers, while effectively managing their team leaders;
• Ensure exceptional operational execution across all locations, consistently delivering high-quality results while minimizing delays and inefficiencies;
• Facilitate seamless communication through effective tools such as Slack, Jira, and GitHub, ensuring that misalignment or delays are eliminated, regardless of time zones;
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team leaders to establish clear objectives, set deadlines, and prioritize tasks that drive results with a strong sense of urgency;
• Hold regular meetings with team members to gather candid feedback, promote accountability, and encourage continuous improvement to maximize performance and productivity;
• Implement training programs aimed at enhancing technical expertise and maintaining high-performance standards across the team;
• Cultivate a results-driven culture where communication is direct, issues are resolved promptly, and tasks are prioritized decisively, all aligned with the company’s strategic goals;
• Travel regularly to various company locations to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and expectations. In-person interactions will play a crucial role in enhancing performance and driving operational success;
• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of all development projects with meticulous attention to detail;
• Guarantee that all projects are completed on schedule, meeting the highest quality standards and overcoming any challenges that arise;
• Foster continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly with product management and qualityassurance, ensuring that development initiatives are sharply focused on enhancing the company’s bottom line;
• Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues promptly, implementing effective solutions that enable seamless project delivery, regardless of complexity;
• Foster a culture of continuous optimization within the tech stack, IT infrastructure, cloud operations, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Advocate for automation and streamline operations to achieve the fastest delivery times possible while upholding the highest quality standards;
• Stay ahead of industry trends by embracing emerging technologies and development methodologies, implementing only the most innovative and efficient solutions.

Experience

• Possess over 7 years of proven leadership experience in development operations within the iGaming or online gaming industry;
• Extensive experience in managing global, remote teams, ensuring optimal performance and productivity at all times;
• Hands-on expertise in software development methodologies, including Agile and Lean, along with proficiency in cloud infrastructure and development frameworks;
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), CI/CD processes, DevOps culture, and cloud operations, ensuring that no detail is overlooked;
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, and WordPress, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions;
• Proven expertise in project delivery under tight deadlines and complex challenges.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and assertively with all stakeholders;
• Eager to travel frequently between the Company’s various office locations for in-person team management and operational oversight;
