Company Introduction
Our client is a leading Maltese producer of alcoholic beverages.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and process payroll using the Indigo system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursements;
- Maintain employee records and update payroll information, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status;
- Assist with HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations;
- Provide secretarial and clerical support to the Directors;
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies, providing guidance and support as needed;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination on HR-related matters;
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Directors to support overall business operations.
Experience
- Possess a MQF Level 4 or an equivalent standard of education;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Fluent in both English and Maltese;
- Previous experience with Indigo payroll is a valuable asset.
