Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Generate insights on customer needs; understand the emotional and rational triggers that can change people’s behaviour and set us apart in a competitive landscape;
  • Develop consumer segmentation strategies that can be implemented across all digital marketing channels;
  • Develop customer acquisition, engagement and retention plans including strategy, goals, budgets and tactics;
  • Create persistent, consistent, and frequent stories that can create a lasting impression among different target audiences;
  • Create and maintain a favourable brand and public image by communicating accomplishments and opinions through PR channels;
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising;
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs;
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.


  • At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role;
  • Ability to understand the story behind data and processing figures with spreadsheets;
  • Solid knowledge of analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Facebook Analytics);
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Ads and Facebook campaigns (certification is considered as an asset);
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing tools;
  • Knowledge of video storytelling.
