Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure successful delivery of energy-related projects within agreed timelines and business objectives;
  • Review and assess technical specifications, engineering drawings, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and feasibility;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, construction, and commissioning, to maintain alignment with project milestones and deliverables;
  • Provide technical oversight during construction and commissioning phases to ensure quality and compliance;
  • Support project risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures where required;
  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC, ASME, IEEE);
  • Liaise with third-party consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities as necessary throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Contribute to the development of project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates;
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular technical updates and status reports for management;
  • Travel to project sites in various countries where projects are being executed;
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards;
  • Support and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies both on-site and during design phases;
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation from initiation through to completion;
  • Support technical handover processes and participate in post-commissioning performance evaluations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in project management within the energy, engineering, or industrial sectors;
  • Strong understanding of engineering documentation, technical standards, and regulatory compliance requirements;
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project timelines and deliverables;
  • Familiarity with international engineering standards and codes;
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
