Company Introduction

Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the Purchasing and Accounts Managers in day-to-day operations;
  • Assist in ensuring consistent availability of materials and products;
  • Perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate records;
  • Input and update inventory records within internal systems;
  • Process supplier invoices and maintain proper documentation;
  • Handle petty cash transactions and related record-keeping;
  • Provide occasional support at reception, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls;
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required across departments.

Experience

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles;
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset;
  • Familiarity with purchasing or sourcing processes will be considered an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Maltese and basic Italian will be considered an asset.
