Company Introduction
Our client is a leading import and distributor of bespoke furniture.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Purchasing and Accounts Managers in day-to-day operations;
- Assist in ensuring consistent availability of materials and products;
- Perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate records;
- Input and update inventory records within internal systems;
- Process supplier invoices and maintain proper documentation;
- Handle petty cash transactions and related record-keeping;
- Provide occasional support at reception, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls;
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required across departments.
Experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles;
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset;
- Familiarity with purchasing or sourcing processes will be considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Maltese and basic Italian will be considered an asset.
