Our client is a provider of corporate, tax, accounting, business advisory, and administration services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee and support the finance administration team in extracting data from client platforms, processing invoicing tasks, and handling communication with operators across various systems and platforms;
- Ensure company information and records are accurately maintained and updated across all relevant client platforms;
- Supervise the preparation and maintenance of monthly reporting sheets for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion;
- Monitor receivables and oversee debt collection processes to ensure outstanding balances are followed up regularly and efficiently;
- Prepare and provide debt and receivables reports to clients, including participation in meetings where required;
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction with finance administration services provided;
- Ensure VAT treatment on sales invoices is accurate and aligned with applicable regulations, liaising with internal accounting teams where necessary;
- Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance, training, and mentorship where required;
- Review work prepared by team members to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with internal procedures;
- Assist with task delegation, workload management, and monitoring team productivity to ensure deadlines are consistently met;
- Track and review hours allocated across client assignments to support fair service delivery and identify operational improvements;
- Identify and implement improvements to finance administration processes and workflows across teams;
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company procedures, and financial policies;
- Identify opportunities to improve both internal and client-related finance administration workflows and processes.
Experience
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience within a finance administration, finance operations, or accounting-related role;
- Experience within iGaming, affiliate marketing, digital platforms, or a similar fast-paced industry will be considered an asset;
- Strong understanding of invoicing, receivables management, and financial reporting processes;
- Familiarity with debt collection procedures and cash flow management;
- Good understanding of VAT regulations and general tax compliance requirements;
- Experience working with online client platforms, workflow systems, and accounting software such as Xero or similar platforms;
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring team members will be considered an advantage;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online business platforms;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
