Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the entire tendering process from start to close, ensuring both quality and efficiency throughout;
  • Proactively search for new opportunities, including both government and private sector projects, and establishing connections with potential clients;
  • Maximize participation in tenders to ensure the highest possible number of project submissions while meeting business targets set by senior management;
  • Guarantee that all tender submissions include the required documentation to avoid disqualification;
  • Ensure tenders are submitted on time and priced according to senior management’s instructions;
  • Follow up with clients and their consultants on submitted offers to maintain engagement;
  • Facilitate timely and efficient communication and clarifications with clients at all stages;
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of participated projects, tracking their status and progress;
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients from the quotation stage through to the closing phase;
  • Prepare and submit reports as required from time to time;
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet business needs.

Experience

  • Proven experience in managing the tendering process;
  • Familiarity with tendering software and tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
