- Handle sales inquiries, visit client locations, and prepare proposals accordingly;
- Cultivate and manage client relationships, enhance business growth, and identify new partnership opportunities;
- Collaborate with the General Manager to design, implement, analyze, and refine new business processes;
- Explore and penetrate emerging niche markets;
- Monitor all business development activities, evaluate monthly progress, and recommend new strategies based on insights;
- Foster and sustain successful relationships with partners;
- Assess customer satisfaction levels;
- Gauge the intensity of competitor activity with clients;
- Expand market intelligence within the environmental services industry to drive business growth;
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales and customer interactions.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a closely related field.
