Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the CEO and Board of Directors with all their administrative needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly;
  • Keep track of schedules, appointments, and travel plans for the CEO and board members;
  • Help prepare for meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and organizing documents;
  • Bridge communication between the executive office and other departments to ensure teamwork;
  • Handle sensitive information respectfully and responsibly;
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external meetings;
  • Organise and coordinate executive and board meetings, including logistics, catering, and technology setup;
  • Monitor incoming communications and prioritize them for the CEO’s review;
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.

Experience

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Personal Skill

  • Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail;
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities seamlessly;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
