Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and establish new accounts to expand the company's customer base;
- Negotiate and manage contracts with new and existing clients;
- Develop and execute sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in the retail sector;
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients;
- Monitor sales performance and ensure timely payment collection from clients;
- Organize promotional activities and events with clients to increase brand visibility;
- Conduct occasional educational training sessions, focusing on wine merchandising;
- Cultivate public relations with accounts key personnel;
- Coordinate the preparation and management of point-of-sale materials.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and in-field marketing;
- Hold an O’ level standard of education;
- Proficiency in both Maltese and English languages;
- Have a clean driving license.
