Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise the initiation of new work permit applications;
- Work closely with governmental bodies and legal counterparts to secure timely approvals;
- Oversee the management of work permit expiration dates and facilitate renewal processes;
- Verify and compile onboarding documentation from newly hired employees;
- Arrange orientation sessions aimed at familiarizing individuals with company culture and policies;
- Collaborate across departments to elevate the onboarding journey;
- Administer employee feedback surveys to pinpoint areas for enhancement;
- Analyze survey results to derive actionable insights for refining HR practices;
- Efficiently organize and uphold employee and HR-related documentation;
- Support in the development of templates, policy revisions, and application documentation;
- Coordinate with external stakeholders for quotes and reservations;
- Contribute to the enhancement of document management systems for HR functions;
- Maintain precise and confidential employee records in accordance with data privacy regulations;
- Produce monthly HR metric reports to glean insights into workforce trends;
- Create engaging presentations for team gatherings and aid in coordinating HR-related events.
Experience
- Preferably hold a formal qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Demonstrate experience in a similar role within HR administration;
- Specifically skilled in managing work permit processing and onboarding procedures;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS (preferably, Bamboo HR).
