- Greet and provide assistance to clients;
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel;
- Assist with general administrative tasks;
- Handle all incoming mail and deliveries to the office.
Experience
- Hold an A' level standard of education;
- Be fluent in both written and spoken Maltese and English;
- Be proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.

- Be organised and meticulous;
