My experience with Boradwing started unexpectedly.
I was not openly looking for a new job, as I was happy where I was, but I was open to new experiences given the right circumstances. Silvija approached me on LinkedIn with a role similar to what I was doing and a technology stack similar to something I had used in the past, which I enjoyed (and loved). She was very attentive to my wants and needs, as well as providing me with detailed requirements of the hiring company's wants and needs.
