Company Introduction

Our client is a leading company which offers yachting services.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Be part of the Accounting Department;
  • Posting of supplier Invoices to the various ledgers in the accounting system;
  • Processing of supplier payments daily;
  • Supplier Statement reconciliation;
  • Provide ongoing support to a portfolio of clients;
  • Ownership of Aged Creditors list including: review of debit balances, payments on accounts, credit notes, update of Supplier details, creation and setup of new suppliers, filing of invoices, statements, etc.;
  • Other ad-hoc accounting duties.

Experience

  • Holding a minimum of A Level Accounts;
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position is required.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in both English and Maltese, preferably one other foreign language advantageous;
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Ability to work on your initiative and under pressure;
  • Flexible and able to meet strict deadlines;
  • Be familiar with accounting software, training will be provided.
