Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reporting to the Head of Sales;
  • Business development and performance of sales activities by phone;
  • Execution of acquisition and sales processes;
  • Establishing strategies to expand the client base in respective area;
  • Achieving maximum profitability and growth in-line with the company’s vision and values;
  • Meeting all activity standards for prospecting calls, presentations and proposals;
  • Interact and procure new clients through daily calls to dedicated region for client acquisition, relationship, networking and business development purposes;
  • Training of potential customers in the areas of trading platforms and products and holding webinars / seminars.


  • Holding a degree in a business-oriented degree program or completed business education;
  • Experience in the telephone customer acquisition will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English spoken and written;
  • Secure handling of MS Office applications;
  • Technical understanding and internet affinity;
  • Sovereign appearance on the phone and very high communication skills;
  • Well-groomed appearance;
  • Strong customer and service orientation as well as sales strategy thinking;
  • Success-oriented, reliable and independent way of working;
  • High social competence, resilience and team spirit;
  • Interest in the stock market.
