Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reporting to Head of Accounting;
  • Be leading and mentoring a team;
  • Dealing with the accounts side of our clients;
  • Responsible for managing tax, management accounts, and payroll amongst other tasks that are required by our clients;
  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients;
  • Handling accounting and other related duties;
  • Preparation of management accounts and financial statements;
  • Preparation of VAT Returns and compliance;
  • Tax reporting, payments and liaising with tax authorities;
  • Responsible for monthly payroll.


  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Fully qualified in ACCA or equivalent.

Personal Skills

  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced level in Microsoft Excel would be considered an asset);
  • Leadership skills;
  • Knowledge in Navision accounting software would be considered an asset;
  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Efficient and have a great eye for detail;
  • Highly organized;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Self-motivated and can work on own initiative;
  • Fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
