Company Introduction

Our client is a well established leading local distributor of medical and food supplies.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Part of our administrative team;
  • Responsible for general secretarial duties;
  • Preparing of documents for customs clearance, invoicing, filing, logistics and clearance of shipments, filing and answering telephone calls;
  • Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time.

Experience 

  • Previous experience will be considered an asset.
  • The chosen candidate will be trained on the job and responsible to the manager who will provide continuous training.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Self-motivated and can work on own initiative.
