Company Introduction

Our client are a market leader in commercial vehicle imports & exports, and vehicle servicing.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers;
  • Greet, guide and inform customers whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all vehicles and lifting equipment;
  • Cold call prospective clients to generate new business;
  • Expand Customer database;
  • Set up showroom and arrange models on display;
  • Create / recommend promotions, sales campaigns and implement pro-active sales strategies;
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our current vehicle inventory;
  • Create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment;
  • Whilst taking responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of showroom;
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen rapport with clients;
  • Administer vehicle stock levels, orders and the delivery process.

Experience

  • Previous work experience as a sales representative within the automotive industry.

Personal Skills

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement and interpersonal skills and able to provide an excellent sales experience;
  • Strong negotiating skills;
  • Very good knowledge of Maltese and English spoken and written;
  • Vehicle enthusiast;
  • Driving licence C + C1.
