Company Introduction

Our client is a leading service provider in civil engineering.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Checking and recording all damage to the vehicle before being taken into custody;
  • Matching PO’s and supplier invoices;
  • Initiation of system workbooks with all relevant vehicle and customer information;
  • Pair supplier invoices to relevant system workbooks;
  • Ensure that all hours of work and parts consumed are displayed on the relevant workbooks of the system;
  • Maintain and update all workbook records;
  • Generating invoices upon completion of works;
  • Accepting cash payments and issuing receipts.

Experience

  • A minimum O level standard of Education;
  • An A level in Accounting and experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;
  • A proficient IT user, preferably ECDL certified.

Personal Skills

  • Fluency in both Maltese and English would be considered an asset;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Time-management skills;
  • Flexible and willing to learn;
  • Computer literacy and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Availability for some overtime.
