Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responding to chats efficiently displaying a high level of customer service;
  • Ensure player satisfaction;
  • Replying to emails in a professional manner;
  • Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers;
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
  • Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction.

Experience

  • Will be given preference to candidates with one year experience in a similar role.

Personal Skills

  • Fluent in both Latin American Spanish and Rioplatense Spanish oral and written;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Team player and customer oriented;
  • Excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to be able to deal with challenges professionally.

Working Hours

  • Shift work;
