Our client is a leading organisation in accounting, audit, tax, corporate services and business advisory.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reporting to the Directors and forming part of the senior management team;
  • Possess a flair for business development as well as a capacity to introduce clients to the wider array of service lines offered by the Group;
  • Have a thirst for knowledge and will ensure that the department becomes a leader in the development of corporate administration infrastructures in the future;
  • Apply the core principles and practices of good corporate governance to ensure the highest integrity corporate success and economic growth;
  • Oversee the administration, timely billing, fee collection, management of debtors, among others;
  • Oversee the administration and review of complex client structures;
  • Take on an active leadership role to structure and further develop the department;
  • Implement and drive strategic goals within the department;
  • Set and achieve key performance targets for the team;
  • Identify market opportunities and manage the complete client on boarding cycle;
  • Support and work closely with other entities within the Group to ensure a seamless flow of information and work practices;
  • Monitor legislative developments related to the Corporate Services sector and strategically implement changes that will benefit the growth of the organisation;
  • Mentor and develop, on a personal and professional level, members of the team;
  • Establish good relations with various stakeholders including the Malta Business Registry (MBR).


  • Eight to ten years’ experience in a senior management role within the field of Corporate Services and a master’s degree, or equivalent, in business or a related field;
  • A proven track record in client relationship management and managing diverse teams.
