Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop the Italian Business at our company;
  • Recruit and manage team of people for Sales and Retention and Support;
  • Build solid relationships and trust with IB’s;
  • Build solid relationships and trust with Affiliates to bring leads for the sales team;
  • Pushing his team to be proactive in contacting clients by telephone and email to promote the company’s products and services.


  • Native in Italian, second language English verbal and written is a must;
  • At least 3 years' experience in a FX/CFD company is a must.

Personal Skills

  • Strong problem solving;
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and target oriented;
  • Excellent communication and written skills as well as attention to detail;
  • A broad understanding of financial markets and trading, preferably with foreign exchange;
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed;
  • Work well independently as well as in a team.
