Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sale of insurance products to both individuals and companies;
  • Meeting clients, analyzing their needs and offer the best insurance solution;
  • Create individual insurance plans for prospective clients;
  • Ensure the well-being of your existing clients and increase your portfolio.


  • Candidates must have "O" level standard of education, good grades in Maltese, English, and Mathematics will be preferred;
  • Experience in the Insurance Industry is considered as an asset, however, training will be given to the chosen candidates.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent sales and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and Maltese;
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced level in Microsoft Excel would be considered an asset);
  • Good sales and negotiation skills;
  • Team player;
  • Outgoing personality with confidence and can-do attitude.


  • Allowance of 100 euro/ month;
  • Company Car, also to be kept on the weekend.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday from 09.30 – 18.30.
