Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Report to the CEO;
  • Provide sales and support service to the designated group of direct key clients and to the independent agencies;
  • Responsible for managing the repeat and contract business, the proactive sales conversations amongst our client set, responding to briefs, as well as instigating new partnerships;
  • Confidently sell managed advertising spaces in Malta;
  • Making cold calls and meeting with clients regularly to ensure timely product updates and continued business;
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest product news on the advertising market and analyze the competition market and identify growth opportunities;
  • Achieve sales revenue targets and monthly KPI’s;
  • Grow the business by servicing existing clients and bringing on new clients;
  • Provide efficient after-sales care and services to clients and agency partners;

  • Maintain, update and present accurate and punctual reporting;
  • Checking availabilities on briefs as required, ensuring the company maintains agreed category exclusivity agreements where necessary;
  • Attend and contribute to meetings and be prepared to discuss all relevant matters.

Experience

  • At least 2 years' of corporate sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent client servicing;
  • A degree in Communications, Business or Commerce is preferred;
  • Experience in advertising/media related field is preferred;
  • Experience in working with CRM digital platforms is a plus.

Personal Skills

  • Good knowledge of digital and outdoor media landscape;
  • Excellent communicator both written and spoken;
  • Organisation skills and results-oriented with a desire to sell and meet target;
  • Good listener with an inquisitive mind;
  • Energetic, driven and resilient with a Can-Do attitude.
