Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Report to the Marketing Manager;
- Responsible for the brand and pricing;
- Responsible for the merchandising and promotional strategies for all channels for brands and categories;
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets;
- Responsible to clearly communicate strategies and execute them effectively.
- Have a degree level of education or equivalent;
- A minimum of 2 years FMCG experience will be considered an asset.
- Be highly goal oriented and possess excellent negotiation skills;
- Be computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Possess good communication skills in both English and Maltese;
- Be creative and have the ability to innovate;
- Have a positive attitude and the drive to succeed;
- Understanding and hands on approach on digital marketing;
- Good team player and communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
