Our client is an international training institution in the maritime sector.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Development of Trade Marketing Activities;
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels;
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity;
  • The overall coordination of the design and production of content to be used on our web & social media platforms both at local as well as Corporate level, sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices;
  • Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to our sales team;
  • Maintain a good collaboration with Digital Marketing Agency/Team;
  • Work in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets;
  • Monitoring of brand consistency
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Manage content and updates for a customer and internal touch-points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, business or related field;
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and proven experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

  • Availability to travel.
