Company Introduction

Our client is a well-established importer and distributor of quality Food and Beverages.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible;
  • Monitoring expiry date reports with at least two months in advance;
  • Prepare samples when necessary;
  • Keeps up to date the monthly list of statements of clients and debtors;
  • Cash collections from sales representatives and ensuring proper allocations are done;
  • Inform management with any problematic accounts and issues immediately;
  • Transfer all end of day cash collected along with their reports both from sales representatives and shop sales over to main stores;
  • Create monthly sales reports and analysis for total sales, product sales, sales by brand and also monitoring targets which were created at the start of the year;
  • Creating and amending brands price lists, updates and general price lists.

Experience 

  • Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position, will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Maltese;
  • Team worker and takes initiative;
  • Be organised and self-motivated;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially in Excel.

Working hours

  • From Monday to Friday 8:30-17:00
