Company Introduction

Our client is a well-established importer and distributor of quality Foods and Beverages.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reporting directly to the division manager;
  • Ensure that all the products of the Company or its subsidiaries under his/her charge are professionally presented with special attention;
  • Carry out specific administrative tasks;
  • Administer the day to day running of the division’s back office such as sales reports, shipments updates and product authorisations;
  • Responsible for secretarial duties related to the division;
  • Keeping customer files updated;
  • Maintain a good customer relationship program;
  • Responsible for promotional material;
  • Process and issue Invoices, credit notes, pro-forma invoices, delivery notes and other documents relating to transfer of goods both to third parties as well as intercompany;
  • Manages and runs the daily administrative duties of the team.


  • Previous experience in managing a small team is considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluency in Maltese, English and Italian is a must;
  • IT literate: Word, Excel, Outlook and data reporting;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, pre-empt requirements.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00.
