Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for assisting in all business and personal matters for the owners;
  • Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and to work collaboratively with internal and external parties is critical;
  • Help make the Directors as efficient as possible by scheduling, calendar management often across multiple time zones, and keeping each day running smoothly;
  • Handle correspondence, errands and travel, quickly yet in a thoughtful way;
  • Organize in-office events and meetings and handle certain office responsibilities;
  • Take on other projects and responsibilities such as marketing initiatives, planning external events, creating presentations and tackling other roles;
  • Assist in coordinating and managing simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks while using good judgment.

Experience 

  • At least 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or PA for a senior level executive;
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment.
