Company Introduction

Our client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke furniture.

The selected candidate will work in a  modern Showroom environment  which is centrally located.  Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm or 9am and 6pm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer phone calls and inquiries coming into showroom.
  • Greet walk-in customers.
  • Assist Showroom Consultants
  • Assist with maintenance of product displays and literature.
  • Assist with Social Media activities, such as mailings and Marketing Campaigns.
  • Assist with activities that potentially will increase sales
  • General administrative duties 
  • Keep the showroom neat, organized, and free of clutter.


  • At least 1 years' experience is required for this role.  Chosen candidate must be proficient in English and Maltese

Personal Skills

  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office tools
  • Effective interpersonal, customer service, communication, organization, administrative, and stress management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good English and Maltese both written and spoken
