Our Client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke furniture
The selected candidate will work in a modern Showroom environment which is centrally located. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm or 9am and 6pm.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer phone calls and inquiries coming into showroom.
- Greet walk-in customers.
- Assist Showroom Consultants
- Assist with maintenance of product displays and literature.
- Assist with Social Media activities, such as mailings and Marketing Campaigns.
- Assist with activities that potentially will increase sales
- General administrative duties
- Keep the showroom neat, organized, and free of clutter.
- At least 1 years' experience is required for this role. Chosen candidate must be proficient in English and Maltese
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office tools
- Effective interpersonal, customer service, communication, organization, administrative, and stress management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good English and Maltese both written and spoken
