Company Introduction

Our client offers online payment services to the gaming industry.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet visitors, welcoming them and directing them appropriately, notifying relevant personnel of visitor arrival;
  • Answering telephone calls and assisting in queries in person or by referring to other staff members;
  • Maintain office and group’s directories;
  • Maintain security by following procedures;
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
  • Assist office staff with any clerical and administrative duties as requested;
  • Assist in the Director’s office as and when required.


  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

Personal Skills

  • Team worker and takes initiative;
  • Very good telephone skills and excellent verbal communication;
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office tools;
  • Effective interpersonal, customer service, communication, organization, administrative, and stress management skills;
  • Good English both written and spoken, Maltese is a benefit.
