Our client is a Payment Technology Company.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Focus on sales, after-sales and customer retention;
  • New Business Development as set by the business;
  • Pro-actively establish, broaden and deepen customer relationships;
  • Identify business opportunities to meet customer requirements;
  • Ensure all scheduled client meetings are logged and reported on in the manner set by the business;
  • Complete all Know Your Customer / Due Diligence documentation and input the relative applications over the FLIP merchant onboarding system;
  • Customer service and business development;
  • Proven ability in planning and preparing all sales activities and workload;
  • Appropriate systems knowledge and keyboard skills;
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of products and procedures and ensure that all enquiries are handled in line with our company policies, ensuring regulatory requirements are fully observed.


  • At  leat 1 year experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in the financial sector (in banking, credit cards etc.) will be considered an asset.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent sales and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and Maltese;
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced level in Microsoft Excel would be considered an asset);
  • Responsive listening;
  • Flexible and receptive to change;
  • Ability to work to challenging but achievable targets;
  • Ability to deal with complex queries, taking the appropriate steps to resolve;
  • Passion to exceed business targets;
  • Ability to think creatively on how to optimise each lead opportunity;
  • Ability to work in a fast pace whilst maintaining high levels of quality output;
  • Have a valid driving license and own car.

Working Hours

  • Due to the requirements of the role, one must be prepared to work odd hours in order to reach sales targets.
