Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review software functional specifications and designs and ensure that they comply with requirements;
  • Maintain records of technical documentation;
  • Develop quality assurance procedures;
  • Conducting functional testing of software related to land-based casino, slot & bingo machine games to ensure that games to ensure that all features work and display correctly;
  • Execute functional, regression, stress, performance and load testing;
  • Act as an intermediary between the client, the company and internal remote development teams to ensure the smooth running of products following installation, updates & patches;
  • Coordinate with the Product Manager and development teams to set up and execute test scenarios;
  • Ensure recorded bugs are fixed prior to system deployment;
  • Deploy software and evaluate user feedback;
  • Generating custom reports and appropriate documentation;
  • Provide timely and efficient test reports to relevant teams;
  • Ensure software is updated with latest features;
  • Ensure that clients are briefed appropriately on software usage;
  • Travel abroad to visit clients on site where required to ensure optimum product performance.


  • Experience with Test Management Tools;
  • Previous experience in Technical Support, Business Analysis, Games Testing or Product Testing will be considered a strong asset;
  • Candidates with experience of the gaming industry will be given preference;
  • Candidates with an IT or Software Engineering Degree will be given preference;
  • Prior knowledge of computer hardware will be an advantage;
  • Ability to read and understand basic code will be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Automated QA Testing is a plus but is not mandatory.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
  • Highly organised and able to multitask to manage workload independently;
  • Excellent level of English, written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese language will be considered a plus.
