Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Drive revenue growth for assigned customers by implementing the company’s pricing strategy and identifying cross-selling opportunities;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring seamless communication and support;
  • Develop in-depth expertise in industry sectors and market trends, adopting a consultative approach to understand customer needs and business objectives;
  • Proactively gather client feedback to anticipate business requirements, shaping a tailored customer roadmap through a structured account plan;
  • Regularly track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and account status to senior management via the CRM system;
  • Achieve targeted sales goals for existing accounts by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic engagement;
  • Analyze different market segments and implement customized sales strategies tailored to each vertical;
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, IT audit, regulatory affairs, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction;
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and business growth.

Experience

  • Possess at least 5 years of sales experience in IT services, information security, or compliance, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Expertise in sales strategies, including effective goal-setting, strategic planning, and a keen ability to understand and fulfill customer needs;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with additional European languages considered an advantage.
