Our client is a professional game developer.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction;
- Gain a deep understanding of client business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives;
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, coordinating resources to deliver timely and quality results;
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather regular feedback, and resolve any issues quickly and professionally;
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to support revenue growth;
- Collaborate closely with teams in Taiwan and Malta to ensure consistency in service delivery and communication;
- Travel occasionally for client meetings, training, or business-related purposes.
Experience
- Possess 2–4 years of account management experience. Gaming or iGaming background is considered a plus, but experience from other industries is also welcome;
- Proven ability to manage client relationships in a B2B environment;
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments is highly valued;
- Previous exposure to game developers, operators, or digital/tech/SaaS companies is an advantage.
Personal Skills
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships;
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under fixed schedules;
- Open-minded and adaptable, comfortable working with teams across different cultures and time zones;
- Positive, collaborative, and eager to grow within a dynamic and international company.
