Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction;
  • Gain a deep understanding of client business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives;
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, coordinating resources to deliver timely and quality results;
  • Monitor client satisfaction, gather regular feedback, and resolve any issues quickly and professionally;
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to support revenue growth;
  • Collaborate closely with teams in Taiwan and Malta to ensure consistency in service delivery and communication;
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, training, or business-related purposes.

Experience

  • Possess 2–4 years of account management experience. Gaming or iGaming background is considered a plus, but experience from other industries is also welcome;
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships in a B2B environment;
  • Experience working in cross-cultural environments is highly valued;
  • Previous exposure to game developers, operators, or digital/tech/SaaS companies is an advantage.

Personal Skills

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships;
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under fixed schedules;
  • Open-minded and adaptable, comfortable working with teams across different cultures and time zones;
  • Positive, collaborative, and eager to grow within a dynamic and international company.
