- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, fostering long-term partnerships;
- Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations;
- Monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner;
- dentify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling services in order to support business growth and increase revenue.
Experience
- Previous experience in a client relationship management, account management, or similar role will be considered an advantage;
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken, is required. Taiwanese language skills will be considered an advantage;
- Prior experience working with game developers or operators will be considered an asset.
