Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, fostering long-term partnerships;
  • Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations;
  • Monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner;
  • dentify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling services in order to support business growth and increase revenue.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a client relationship management, account management, or similar role will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken, is required. Taiwanese language skills will be considered an advantage;
  • Prior experience working with game developers or operators will be considered an asset.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts;
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to business needs;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach when handling client matters;
