Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, fostering long-term partnerships;
  • Gain a clear understanding of client business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations;
  • Monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services to support business growth and increase revenue.

Experience

  • Previous experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role is required;
  • Experience within the iGaming industry is essential;
  • Experience working with game developers or operators will be considered an advantage;
  • Fluency in English and at least one relevant African local language is required.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to business needs;
