- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, fostering long-term partnerships;
- Gain a clear understanding of client business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations;
- Monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner;
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services to support business growth and increase revenue.
Experience
- Previous experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role is required;
- Experience within the iGaming industry is essential;
- Experience working with game developers or operators will be considered an advantage;
- Fluency in English and at least one relevant African local language is required.
