Company Introduction
Our client specializes in providing affiliation services.Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Report timely and accurate financial information to the Group CFO;
- Handle general accounting tasks, including the preparation of monthly management accounts;
- Manage customer accounts and following up on outstanding payments;
- Oversee month-end procedures and performing reconciliations;
- Assist with the annual statutory audit and liaising with external auditors;
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns;
- Coordinate with banks as needed;
- Record meeting minutes for attended sessions;
- Manage KYC requests from banks, operators, and other stakeholders;
- Handle administrative tasks for the company;
- Support the team with various ad hoc tasks.
Experience
- Possess an ACCA qualification or University degree in Accounting or in the final stages;
- Have a minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in a similar position;
- Proficient user in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in the use of Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) will be considered as an asset;
- Be fluent in the English language, both written and oral.
